ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH? This is an important question and key to your recovery. If you do not meet the dietary requirements your body needs for its effective functioning, you will… Have obsessive thoughts about food. Be compelled to binge. Suffer the side effects of under-eating and malnutrition  Looking at the chart below, particularly the numbers to the right (Calories per day), would you say that you are eating enough on a daily basis to even satisfy your BASAL METABOLIC RATE / Resting Metabolism?   YES_________________              NO_________________ But even if you are from the figures on the above chart, because you are struggling with bulimia it’s likely you’re not eating enough. You see it’s likely that, as part of your recovery and to enhance your overall health and wellbeing, some kind of cellular repair is necessary to strengthen your digestion and gastrointestinal tract.  For this INCREASED ENERGY AND NUTRITION (aka Food) IS A NECESSITY.
